Hashtag First ("we") provides a software platform at wa.hashtagfirst.in to send and receive WhatsApp messages through Meta's official WhatsApp Business Platform, together with automation, chatbot, AI, integration and payment-link tools ("Service"). By creating an account you ("Customer") agree to these Terms.
You must comply with the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, the WhatsApp Commerce Policy and Meta's terms. You may message only people who have opted in to receive messages from you, and must honour opt-out requests.
Meta may limit, restrict or ban numbers or accounts for policy violations or low quality; we are not responsible for such actions but will help you resolve them.
WhatsApp message charges are set and billed by Meta directly to your WhatsApp Business account. Our subscription fee does not include Meta's charges unless agreed in writing.
A free trial lasts 7 days. Paid plans renew automatically each month or year through Razorpay until cancelled. You authorise us to charge your selected payment method for each renewal.
Prices are shown in Indian Rupees. Taxes, if applicable, are added as required by law. We may change prices with 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next renewal.
If a renewal payment fails, we retry for a short period; the Service may be paused after a 3-day grace period until payment is completed.
You can cancel anytime from Plan & billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then. See our Refund Policy.
You will not use the Service for spam, illegal content, fraud, harassment, gambling, adult content, weapons, drugs or any goods and services prohibited by Meta, nor attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or overload the Service.
You own your contacts, messages and content. You grant us the rights needed to operate the Service. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to process your customers' data. See our Privacy Policy.
We aim for high availability but the Service depends on Meta, Razorpay, hosting and other third parties and is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or data.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or Meta's policies. You may export your data before closing your account.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction.
